Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with the fit, quality, colour, or size of your item, you can return it for an exchange or refund.
We’re happy to help you swap for a different size or colour, or issue a refund if you’re not completely satisfied. Please note that a small return postage fee will apply.
To be eligible:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Items must be in original condition
- Proof of purchase required
Exchanges
Need a different item? No stress.
We offer exchanges within 30 days, subject to stock availability.
To qualify:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- You cover return shipping
- We’ll ship the replacement once your return is received
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your product arrives faulty or doesn’t hold up under normal use, we’ve got you covered.
You’re eligible for:
- Replacement, or
- Full refund
We’ll also cover all shipping costs for faulty items.
What Counts as Faulty
- Manufacturing defects
- Breakage under normal use
(Not including damage from misuse, wear and tear, or modifications.)
Incorrect Items
If we sent you the wrong product, we’ll fix it fast and cover all shipping costs.
How to Start A Return or Exchange

Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–10 business days.
